A change to a Unit that may alter the outward appearance requires the approval of the Board. A change may include but is not limited to the installation of windows, outer doors, screen doors, landscaping, etc. A request for an Architectural Alteration describing the work to be done must be submitted for Board approval prior to the commencement of the work.
