PARKING AT SEASCAPE
During the winter season (January thru March), there is a parking shortage for buildings 1, 2, and 3.
Building 1 & 2 have 24 units with 19 spaces
Building 3 has 16 units with 12 spaces
Buildings 4 & 5 have 28 units with 42 spaces
Pool area adjacent to mailboxes has 11 spaces
Clubhouse front has 23 spaces
During the winter season, we should be cognizant of this shortage and try to ensure that our handicapped residents can park as close to their units as possible.
Considerations for the Winter Season, try to park in front of your own building if possible.

Screen Door Replacement: For the sake of a common appearance, the Association has approved the EMCO 300 Series Triple-Track Bronze color door available from Home Depot as a replacement screen door. Replacement with other than this approved screen door requires that the unit owner submit a "Request for Architectural Alteration" form for the Board's approval. The form can be found HERE.
Installation of pavers along the rear of a Unit does not require prior Board approval provided the paved area does not extend more than thirty (30) inches out from the building.
