Tenant Application Form

The minimum lease period is one month. A unit owner may allow a pet.  One pet maximum.  Not to exceed 45 pounds when full grown.

A Purchaser/Tenant Application form along with a $150.00 fee must be in the possession of the Seascape Condominium Association at least two weeks prior to occupancy.  Absent submission of the form and payment of the $150.00 fee can result in the Association denying the tenant use of the pool and clubhouse and can seek his/her removal from the unit.
