ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Club Contract & Dues:

You may start volunteering only after you have completed the club contract. Contracts will not be accepted after the third meeting. 

Club dues are to be turned in during our second and third meetings. They will not be accepted after that time. Please have exact change in cash ($10) in a sealed envelope with your full name, student ID#, and graduation year written on the front.

Volunteer Hours:

Attending a meeting does not earn volunteer hours. Attending another club's event does not earn volunteer hours. Making a monetary donation to a fundraiser/cause does not earn volunteer hours. 

All opportunities to earn volunteer hours will be posted on Google Classroom, including providing goods for bake sales, shopping for Adopt-a-Family gifts, etc. that are not typical volunteer experiences.

If you are an NHS member, you automatically receive 5 NHS engagement hours when you make membership in our club. Any hours that you volunteer beyond the 10 hours that are required for Viking Volunteer membership can be used as NHS service hours.
