The sponsoring adult member must be present at the Club with the party at all times.
The first hour of late fee will be billed in advance, at the time of booking, and refunded if the party concludes after 3 hours.
Member families who wish to stay after the conclusion of the party must sign in with the lifeguard and may sign in up to 5 guests. If more than 5 guests are present, a late fee will apply.
PARKING: Party hosts must make sure their guests do not park in the lower driveway area of the parking lot. This is private property and belongs to our neighbor. Overflow parking must park on Bella Vista or Horseshoe Drive.
There is NO exclusive use of the Club facilities. The all areas of the facility must remain available (e.g. sharing the BBQ grill, ping pong table, etc) for all members during normal operating hours.

The sponsoring member will be financially responsible for any damage incurred by party guests.
