Bringing Guests

Guests must attend with members and are to be registered in the sign-in book next to the sponsoring member’s name.

Members may bring up to 5 guests/day without a fee and without booking a party. Additional guests (up to five additional guests) per week (Sunday - Saturday) are welcome at $5/guest.

1. Guests are defined as individuals not living in the member's household who visit the Club with a member including:

-swimmers and non-swimmers

-children over 12 months old

-extended family or grandchildren

-adult children over age 26 who no longer live in the member's household.

2. Guests are to be registered in the sign-in book next to the sponsoring member’s name.

3. A member may bring up to 5 guests per day without reserving a party. The Treasurer will tally up the total number of guests at the end of the season. Members will be billed for guests after the season has ended.

4. Multiple households using a membership violates the Club's Bylaws.

6. Members who have more than 5 guests will be billed accordingly:

    • 6-10 guests: $5/guest per week

    • 11-25 guests: party fee of $240


7. We request that all parties, especially 11+ guests, be booked in advance for lifeguard staffing purposes and for the safety and enjoyment of all of our members.

These policies are in place for security (it's essential that our lifeguards can identify all visitors), safety (our contract is with the adult member, our policies are known only by the member, and we have emergency cards on file only for the member), and to prevent complications that arise when guests of members sign in repeatedly with a member's name (which results in multiple households.
