Dues Payments

So you didn't get your Invoice .... Or did you!

We send out email invoices beginning of April (start of the new tax year for the Swim Club) and try to send out three copies. We send the invoice to the registered email address. The email will be from Saratogaswimclub@gmail.com. If you think you should have gotten an invoice, but didn't recieve an email from us, then check your junk or spam folder (it will be there).

If possible, mark the swim clubs email "saratogaswimclub@gmail.com" as a safe email in your email browser, or drag the existing email out of the junk/spam folder and mark it as not-junk. This will hopefully allow future emails to reach you.

As another option, we are in the process of implementing a new feature in the Reservation System. When you login to the reservation system, it should show you an invoice (what you owe the swim club). This should be done sometime by the opening of the season.

We'll still send you invoices (hopefully they will not end up in your spam/junk folder).

I received an email from you, but there is no invoice in it! Should I be worried?

We actually send out two types of invoice emails. If you don't owe anything, it just has the messages with important dates on it. If you owe us money, the email will indicate what you owe us.

You can also check your login for reservations, it will also have your invoice (if you owe the swim club money).

Pay dues safely and securely through Paypal. We add a transaction fee (which Paypal charges us) to the transaction.
