Membership

The San José Bulldog Foundation would like to extend an invitation for you to become a member of the Foundation. The Bulldog Foundation is an independent tax-exempt non-profit organization.

Our purpose is to help provide funding and support to both faculty and students for a variety of academic, educational and other activities that are currently either under funded or, in some cases, not funded at all. This includes, but is not limited to, scholarships, grants, sports, activities and other eligible programs.

The past year the Foundation provided:

              v  $5000 to support the International Baccalaureate testing.

              v  $2000 in teachers grants 

v  $5000 in team grants for sports related programs.

Our goal is to increase donations each year so we can increase the amount and the number of programs assisted. To meet these goals, the Foundation is organizing fund raising activities, such as luncheons, Golden Gate Fields outings, silent auctions, and flea markets and art displays. We also offer educational seminars for both alumni and friends of the classes of 1950’s through 2000’s.

 We are very proud of our completed projects, such as the creation of the on-campus Heritage Room, highlighting and preserving the storied history of San José High School.

 The benefits of membership are many:

v  Renew old friendships and form new ones

v  Generate new contacts for potential business opportunities

v  Feel the pride and sense of accomplishment raising capital for a worthy organization

v  Participate in the fun and exciting activities currently being organized

Membership is easy and inexpensive. For a donation of only $25.00 per year, you can become a member with access to all activities. Members are not required to make any additional monetary contributions. Attendance is never mandatory, and you may be as active and involved as you choose.
