YEOs, as Youth Exchange Officers, you play the key and critical role of finding students, host famlies, and staying in touch with previous students in your community. It is often an honor to watch young students progress and grow through this process, but we are incredibly grateful for hte time and energy you give to the program.

Please utilize the Resources page to find the documents needed for your students and club. Remember that the Outbound and Inbound orientations offered in February/March and September of each year always have a YEO component to them, and are not just for students. It is during these orientations that offer the best way to keep up with changes in the application and support process.

You can also find the Inbound Commitment form, which is due on the 30 June , about 14-15 months before the arrival of the Inbound student, down below. Please return it, along with $1000, to the Inbound coordinator or District RYE chair.
