0-8-0 TYPE SWITCHERS
U-3 CLASS - The Rutland owned only two 0-8-0 type switching locomotives, numbers 109 and 110. Both were built by Pittsburg in 1918 for the United States Railroad Administration and during the war worked on the New York Central in Buffalo and subsequently for the Rutland. Both were scrapped in 1951.
