By Bus
Travel West Midlands services 11 and 12 link the University with Coventry and Royal Leamington Spa.
By Air
Birmingham Airport (IATA: BHX) is located just 11 miles from the University campus and the train station at the airport has regular services connecting with Coventry railway station.
By Train
Coventry Railway Station is the closest Mainline station to the University. De Coursey Travel bus service W1a connects the station concourse to the university with an hourly service.
Alternatively Travel West Midlands services 11 and 12 run more regularly from a bus stop on the railway bridge

The conference will be held in the WBS Teaching Centre (no. 70).
Accommodation will be in Radcliffe (no. 52).
We have arranged for a preferential rate for RUD attendees at the Radcliffe conference centre on campus (number 52 on the campus map). The rate will be £87.50 (inc VAT) per person per night on a Bed and Breakfast basis. To book this accommodation please visit the Warwick Conferences booking website and follow this process.

Please note that if there is an unexpectedly high number of requests for accommodation the night after the conference ends, we may not be able to accommodate everyone in Radcliffe. In this case the Arden conference centre (building 1 on the map) may have additional capacity.
