Official Magazine Prepared and published by the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary Directorate of Community Relations and printed by the Police College Printers intermittently between 1989 and 2003.

The magazines were copied from various sources by Jamie Loveday and while all care has been taken there may be some scans which are less than ideal, however all information has been retained and the magazines preserved as PDF files for ease of use. They have now been sorted into years for ease of finding. Please be aware that some files are quite large and may take some time to download on a slow connection.
