Cost: £3.00 each (£5.00 for both)

Run uphill or run downhill or run both. Two for the price of one! The downhill race start is at 7:00 pm from the top (radio masts) car park. The uphill race starts at approx 7:30pm (after the last person doing the downhill race gets in and has a couple of minutes to catch their breath). The uphill race starts where the downhill race finishes.
Transport Up / Down
There will be adhoc car shares to the downhill start at radio masts. If you're doing downhill and uphill your car awaits you at the top. If uphill only, arrange at HQ for lift back. We will sweep anyone left at the top!
Registration – Llanfoist Village Hall, Abergavenny. Grid Ref: SO 286133 Registration closes at 6:45pm. There is a remote start 10 mins drive away, and will require 'ad hoc' car sharing on the night.
Start – 7:00pm (Radio Masts car park)
Sunsets at 8:15 pm.
£3.00 inc tea, cake and wound dressings (£5.00 for both races).
