A security perimeter is a barrier to access, entities that are located outside the perimeter may access the resources inside only if allowed by a policy that allows you to. Entities that are located inside will have access to the resources.

A flaw in the provider's management and policies or procedures could compromise the security of a consumer by exposing a clients information to another person or party which is against the customer's security policy.
9. In a public cloud, what are some of the systems that network dependency is associated with?
Network dependency relies on the infrastructure of DNS servers, the router infrastructure, and network connectivity.
