Ebola Virus Is Walking Dead's "Zombie" Virus
The Zombie Apocalypse depicted in the AMC popular series, The Walking Dead, may become more of a reality than the U.S. government is ready to admit. Reports from hospitals confirm sightings of undead corpses roaming the intensive care units that once isolated Ebola patients.
Panic has everyone fleeing out of Dallas and Atlanta by the hundreds. In a few days, the large metropolitan areas will be desolate and ghostly. The governors of Texas and Georgia are trying to stop the exodus by telling people they are over-reacting. As more and more businesses close due to the lack of employees, it will be a matter of time before all that are left in the city are the urban-poor, the elderly, and the undead corpses finding their way out of the hospitals and into the city streets.
Of course, the CDC in Atlanta deny the connection between the Ebola Virus and the undead corpses sighted in the hallways of a handful of hospitals in Dallas, Atlanta, and the one in Cleveland. They claim these undead corpses are not corpses at all, but living hospital personnel working around the clock to contain the virus and to treat the Ebola patients.
The CDC has lost its credibility, however, since they have failed to protect the public when they told a nurse who had treated an Ebola patient that she could board a plane and expose over 800 travelers to the virus. They have also failed to inform hospital personnel that they need to spray off their hazmat suits before removing them. At this point, the CDC and other government agencies will do and say anything to keep the egg off their face and to keep the public calm.
However, as any Walking Dead fan can tell us, the zombie virus symptoms suspiciously mirror those of the Ebola Virus. In both viruses, fevers reach 104 degrees Fahrenheit or more; there is also vomiting, diarrhea, and severe stomach pain present in both viruses. Our experts are reviewing the Walking Dead comic books and series further in order to determine if bleeding occurs before death or during reanimation. Comic book dealer and expert, Chandler Ginneway, says, "It doesn't much matter if the bleeding occurs before or after reanimation because that's a fictionalized account. We are dealing with real life here. We see when the bleeding occurs. We also see the undead in the hospitals -- we see them on the same floor that holds the Ebola patients. We know what's going on. It's just a matter of time before this gets away from them."
The Ebola Virus uses the high fever to find its way to the brain after it has colonized the body. Once the virus binds to the brain, it colonizes there as living organisms. The parasites that are present in the brain reanimate the body as if the body were still alive. The body is not only a host for the parasites, but a puppet too. The host seeks flesh so the parasites can survive (spread). The Ebola Virus will not stop until it has colonized the entire globe. Either we choose teams now and stock up on supplies, or we become prey for the undead -- your choice.
