If you are receiving funding to attend the eLab, please refer to your contract for your hours and requirements.
For most of our students, the funding provider requires students to attend the eLab 20 hours per week. Regular attendance is Monday to Friday, four hours per day during monitored hours (between 8AM and 4PM). Any alternative schedule should be discussed with the eLab Coordinator and your Employment Counsellor.

The eLab team will report your attendance to your Employment Counsellor on a monthly basis and grades are submitted at the end of the semester.
If you are ill, please do not feel you have to attend. Stay home and get healthy! When you are well, talk to Tiffeny about making up missed hours.
Attendance is recorded on your computer using the TimeTrex system—please sign in and out every day. TimeTrex can only be accessed on a Loyalist College computer and we only record hours attended during the monitored time period of 8:00am to 4:00pm. .
