So you are ready to drop some of that excess fat, but like many people you are concerned about losing all of that hard-earned lean muscle along with

balance you need to strike, but the key is to drop as much fat while preserving as much lean muscle as

2. Stop eating junk food: cold drinks, pizza, burgers etc.
3. Devour on Protein Diets, take lot of egg whites.
4. Exercise regularly.
