Hi I am Amit. By Profession I am a software engineer working in noida (India). When i use to work at office, i felt very tired, packed, stuffed, clumsy. Feel to have walk or some stretching exercise But job doesn't allows me.

I started to grow heavy, my weight reached around 95 Kgs, at age of 26. Though when i joined the software profession i was mere 65. I started groping how to get thin, loose weight. Being available at net all the time, i use to read blogs, Interviews of body builders, ebooks or any material i feel so and had the elusive dream to have 6 packs on my abdomen.

Hollywood elites, arnold schwarzenegger sylvester stallone van damme had always got my hairs up in excitement. Even bollywood actors Sharukh Kahn, Ammir Khan, Hrithik Roshan had often left me ebullient.

In spite of working in 9 to 7 cycle i decided to go to GYM, at least put maximum effort from my end to achieve a adorable physique. A structure to proud upon. I stepped in, into Gymnasium 8th October 2008.

Gym near by my home was good one, but no proper guidance was available. guys use to refer hanging charts and follow those. Some like me use to ask big guns firing in front of us. Some respond but seldom backlash. All was going in vein. I decided to do all by myself, i started following each of exercise schedule what Arnne use to do, read lots about diet and all the way stopped eating junks and oily.

In 6 months, results were getting visible, i started loosing, i gave the thortle, with austere diet and bit of supplements i started gaining muscles. And i was known to the fact, to build muscles one need to fill lots of PROTEINS in the batteries.

and so i did, i did lots of research and found some very good food supplements that helped me gain muscles very fast. Meanwhile i was guided by former Mr. Delhi. Under his auspicious guidance, lots of physical training, right food supplements, i am able to achieve what i had never thought for. I got 8 pack Big block Abdomen, reduced my waist from 36 to 29 and my whole structure got into astonishing adorable stature.

Staying into software profession, i have steeped into modeling industry (Majors: Shot Add Campaign With PLAYBOY).
