Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be given minus fees.
Prior to March 1 : Full refund minus non-refundable processing fee:$50
March 1 – April 1: $500 fee
April 1 - May 1: 1,000 fee
May 1 – June 1: $1,500 fee
After June 1st no refund

Use of studio.
Evening lecture series
Some materials provided. A list of materials you will need to bring is sent out upon registration.
Internet access
Minivan transportation
Visits to numerous major museums and field trips to Rome
Museum fees
Room Fee includes:
· Program housing: rooms shared with other students (varies from apartments to hotels and hostels depending on the number of participants and availability of rooms.)
· Breakfast.

Public transportation, if needed in your free time

Students are advised to purchase travel cancellation insurance and are advised against the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets. In the event it becomes necessary, Red Fern Studio and the Florence workshop of the Sacred Arts Academy reserve the right to cancel or modify this program. Should program cancellation occur, all fees to The Sacred Arts Academy would be refunded. A specific class in this workshop is subject to cancellation should enrollment be insufficient to cover expenses. In this case, the deposit will be refunded.
WAIVER AND RELEASE
I understand and agree that Carl Fougerousse, Red Fern Studio, The Sacred arts Academy and the Florence Workshop cannot be responsible for loss, damage, theft of personal belongings, personal injury, accidents or illness. This includes but is not limited to any and all injury, illness, damage, loss, or claim of any kind which may be caused by any failure or defect in any premises, any vehicle or any equipment, or through the acts of neglect or default of any company or person engaged in arrangements of the workshop, or due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the workshop. The workshop operators cannot be held responsible for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes, or for delays or irregularities occasioned by cancellation by the airline; overbooking or strikes by airline, hotels, ground service, acts of God, etc.
I understand and agree that I will participate in the workshop at my own risk. In consideration of my participation in the workshop, I hereby release and covenant not to sue Carl Fougerousse, Red Fern Studio, The Sacred arts Academy and the Florence Workshop for any alleged acts of negligence or other default related directly or indirectly to my participation in the workshop and my related living and travel within Italy. I understand and agree that the participants are responsible for arranging their own international travel, and that the organizers of this workshop cannot be held responsible for loss or additional expenses due to delay, cancellation, or changes in schedule due to any cause. I understand that the workshop organizers recommend that all participants purchase trip insurance to cover these risks, and also obtain international health and accident insurance. I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of my participation as described herein. I agree to all the conditions discussed on this website or brochure.
