Dear Team/Club,

Your team has been selected to participate in this years’ Invitational Tournament scheduled to begin on May 15TH, 2022.

There will be many prizes and trophies to be won.

In 2022 we look forward to keen, competitive and exciting cricket from your team. The format of the tournament will depend on the number of registered teams.

The committee advises as follows:

1. That an acknowledgment of your participation should be forwarded to the Committee on or before April 30TH, 2022. Should you not respond by that time we would assume that you are not interested.

2. Registration of teams and players must be completed by April 30, 2022.

3. The registration donation is $500.00 (20 players), each additional player $20.00. These donations will be non refundable. Should in case there is a resurgence in the Covid19 Pandemic, and the city decides to stop all outdoor sports. The league will be following all the city guidelines. Thereafter once the league stage of the tournament is completed, the prize money donation will be distributed evenly among the remaining teams as the tournament progresses.

4. ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF TEAMS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST PAID BASIS. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
