Peer-led Team Learning: A Guidebook should be considered the definitive primary source referenced when discussing PLTL in any published work. It is the collaborative work wherein the leadership team of Peer-led Team Learning project first described all of the key elements of PLTL. It is also the source of the first published research demonstrating increased student success (at CCNY, U. Rochester, U. Pittsburgh, St. Xavier U., and University of Kentucky).
