Positions of Responsibility

Troop 277 is boy led. That leadership occurs through various Positions Of Responsibility, often abbreviated to POR. The ranks of Star, Life and Eagle all require that a scout hold a position of responsibility for a duration of either 4 or 6 months. Our troop has 2 terms per year. A spring term that runs from January 1st to June 30th, and a fall term that runs from July 1st to December 31th.
