Breakfast of Champions Smoothie (makes enough for three)
large bunch kale
2 cups strawberries
3 bananas
2 cups water
large slice of lemon with peel
1 Tbs honey
2 Tbs bee pollen
Blend all in high speed blender and enjoy!
