DOCUMENTATION
During normal operations, LCD makes every effort to
document pertinent times and information for all
emergency incidents that we dispatch. These times and
information are provided to the service upon
completion of the incident. However, during a signal 2,
the amount of radio and phone line traffic into the
center makes it necessary for us to pass some of the
record keeping responsibility to the individual service.
While LCD will continue to make every effort to
document pertinent information on Priority 1 and
Priority 2 incidents. Priority 3 incidents will be
documented with “Incident Numberâ€, “Dispatch Timeâ€
and “Time Given To Baseâ€.

A SERVICE LINE AT THE SCENE. THIS IS A LIFE THREATENING
SITUATION.

TRAPPED IN A VEHICLE WITH A FALLEN POWER LINE LAYING
ACROSS IT. INJURIES ARE UNKNOWN.

ARE HINDERING OR OBSTRUCTING FULL ACCESS FOR
