Your clinical notebook is to help you know what is expected of you each clinical night. It also contains your documentation requirements for each night of clinical. You are required to take your clinical notebook with you each night. It is your responsibility to have your preceptor sign and provide their email and credentials each night.

Minimum of 8 clinical nights
8 patient summaries
8 student experiences provided in the Student Experience Discussion in Canvas.
8 Event Logs & Preceptor Verification documentation
135 clinical hours (competencies do count toward these hours)
3 competencies (located in Canvas; must pass each with a 75% or higher)
Event Logs: For any nights completed after the first 8, you only need to turn in a summary of what you did/learned with the number of hours, and your preceptors signature, email & credentials.
Patient Summaries: These will be submitted in Canvas.
