For the 3e: create a club

As you can see, they have lots of different clubs:

- Drama club (you learn to act and to sing. Then you perform in a great show, usually a musical),

- Science club (you learn to count as fast as possible, you try to discover the new secrets of the universe...),

- Yearbook club (you prepare the yearbook= it's a book with pictures of the year's most important events),

- Arts club,

- Sports club (you can do basketball, football, baseball, softball, dance...),

- Bands (they perform during sports games and there are several choral ensembles. They sing the American National Anthem at the beginning of a sports game and other songs...)

- Chess club (you play chess and there are competitions)

- Film making club (you create, shoot and edit your own films)

- Debating club (you debate topical issues)

- History club (you try to find out a little bit more about the past)

- .......................

So, here is your project: you must look at this slideshow and then create a poster for a new club in your school:

- decide what sort of club you would like to create

- write the name of the club

- write information about the location, meeting hours, subscription fees

- write about what pupils can do in your club

- describe the club rules-what pupils must/mustn't do in your club

Then:

- introduce yourself briefly

- give all the necessary information about your club. Try to convince your friends to sign up.
