Write a biography
1) Do some research on the internet or in an encyclopedia, and use the grid to take some notes. Write words or expressions, not complete sentences. Donʼt worry if you donʼt find all the information!
Name
Nationality
Occuppation / job
Reason(s) he / she is famous
Date and Place of birth
Childhood (parents, brothers and sisters, place he / she grew up, other interesting details)
Education (if it is interesting)
Spouse (= wife / husband)
Children
Hobbies and interests
Date and place of death
Cause of death
Place he / she is buried
Why you admire him / her
2) Use your notes to write his / her biography. You can organise it the way you want, but it must be logical. Do a rough draft (= un brouillon) first!
3) Check your vocabulary and your grammar, particularly the verbs in the past
