Recruiting

NO RECRUITING IN 2022

In the past we have had recruiters from the University of Oregon, Oregon State, Portland State, OHSU, and the University of Washington. Corporate Recruiters have included Thermo Fisher (Life Technologies), TCI America, Fujimico, Hewlett-Packard, Vernier, and Klarquist Sparkman (patent law firm).

To Recruiters:

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the recruiting part of this event! The room(s) will have tables where you can set out your pamphlets and other materials. These are not designated--just pick one (or half of one, if you don't need the whole table). Note there are tables upstairs as well. You do not need to remain at your station for the entire time, but perhaps keep an eye on it to see if anyone is showing interest. In the middle of the event (5:15-5:45) we have time set aside specifically for recruiting. At the beginning of this period, I will ask you to identify yourself and indicate where your table is, and you should probably plan to remain there for this half hour. After that you are free to move around again.
