Der Doppeldübel
Der Doppeldübel ist meine neueste und genialste Erfindung überhaupt.
Es ist ein Holzverbinder aus dem 3D-Drucker und funktioniert wie eine Hoffmann Schwalbe oder ein Lamello Fixo, aber Sie benötigen dafür keine Spezialwerkzeuge, sondern nur einen Akku-Schrauber einen Holzbohrer mit 10mm Durchmesser und eine kleine Vorrichtung, die ebenfalls von einem 3D-Drucker hergestellt wird.
Falls Sie über einen 3D-Drucker verfügen können Sie hier alle nötigen Dateien als ZIP-Archiv kaufen. Darüberhinaus brauchen Sie noch ein Rohr, ich empfehle Messing, mit 12mm Außendurchmesser und 10mm Innendurchmesser.
Das Zip-Archiv enhält:
- eine STL-Datei für die Vorrichtung
- eine STL-Datei für den Doppeldübel mit 10mm Höhe
- eine STL-Datei für den Doppeldübel mit 15mm Höhe
- eine STL-Datei für den Stopp-Ring
- eine Anleitung als Text-Datei
Der Preis für das Zip-Archiv beträgt EUR 9,90
Wenn Sie keinen 3D-Drucker haben, kann ich die Vorrichtung und die Doppeldübel für Sie herstellen und Ihnen zusenden.
Das Basispaket enthält:
- Die Vorrichtung inklusive Messingrohr
- den Stoppring mit Gewinde und Schraube
- 4 Doppeldübel mit 10mm Höhe
- Eine gedruckte Anleitung
- das ZIP-Archiv, falls Sie später doch mal Zugang zu einem 3D-Drucker haben

The double dowel
The double dowel is my latest and most ingenious invention ever.
IIt's a wood connector from the 3D printer and works like a Hoffmann Schwalbe or a Lamello Fixo, but you don't need any special tools, you just need a cordless screwdriver, a 10mm diameter wood drill and a small device, which is also made by a 3D printer.
If you have a 3D printer you can buy all necessary files as ZIP archive here. Furthermore you need a tube, I recommend brass, with 12mm outside diameter and 10mm inside diameter.
The Zip archive contains:
- a STL file for the device
- an STL file for the double dowel with 10mm height
- an STL file for the double dowel with 15mm height
- an STL file for the stop ring
- instructions as text file
The price for the Zip-archive is EUR 9,90
If you don't have a 3D printer, I can make the device and the double dowels for you and send them to you.
The basic package contains:

- the stop ring with thread and screw
- 4 double dowels with 10mm height
- A printed guide
