Welcome to Alison Gauthier's Personalized Learning Plan!

This is the framework for my PLP. This is an Irish Celtic Knot that represents Earth, Wind, Fire and Air with the Fifth Element as the center. As geocentric as this framework is, I am the driver of my PLP and my interests, openness, bias, readiness, and decisions will affect the other four parts that happen on the path to transformation. "I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul" and, for that, I am the center or fifth element.

Some rings are more closely connected than others; the goals feed right into the plan of action that will occur. Right after doing and assessing progress, reflecting and revising are the natural next steps. However, the four circles are attached at the center because they are a continuum. Continually, I am reflecting on my plan and what I am doing. I am making goals by the day and by the hour, and then immediately acting on those goals. This framework is interconnected because my brain in interconnected and all of these four circles are at play all the time.
