Mr. Nydes Ishiwatari a Physiotherapist / Physical Therapist he worked 421 hours in 2015 as volunteer at our Rehabilitation Community Centre for Children and Adults with specific part of activities on beneficiaries of the center following the objectives formulated by experts in specific intervention plans. Example of his work, from sever cases "Intensive Therapy to difficulties Delay Motor".
He worked closely with them, sharing with them information often from personal experience. Also, it has provided various specialized materials for documentation and improving the activities undertaken.
He was concerned about the diversification of activities, developing therapies in the form of more attractive and enjoyable games beneficiary children demonstrating creativity, a good structure, organization of working time and space.
For Mr. Nydes I. was not a problem any language barrier in tasks given that some beneficiaries have different mother tongue since sought the help carers or simply use non-verbal language. Also we consider Mr. Nydes I. emotional skills they have highlighted the intervention with children with disabilities.
In the activities it has carried Mr. Nydes I. showed appropriate behavior both in relation to fellow-center employees and beneficiaries and caregivers of children. Throughout the volunteering demonstrated punctuality, reliability, respect, kept impeccable sound knowledge and practical skills so necessary in the recovery of children with disabilities.
Types of diagnosis with the volunteer performed Physiotherapy / Physical Therapy intervention:
1. Cerebral Palsy
2. Down Syndrome
3. Spastic Quadriplegia
4. Ataxia
5. Spastic Dysplasia
6. Autism (early to middle intervention)
With mention that the work was conducted in two our Centers for Children at the complex (Day center / Recovery for children with autism and Rehabilitation Center for children with physical disabilities / physically and mentally) with patients aged between 0-16 years.
