My Physiotherapy practice in Japan has been both an exciting and meaningful step in my professional journey. My work is driven by a deep commitment to helping children develop in a healthy, functional, and balanced way—supporting not only movement, but the child’s overall independence and quality of life.

My clinical approach is centered on understanding how the nervous system, posture, breathing, and movement interact. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I aim to restore functional mobility and adaptability, allowing the child to move with greater ease, confidence, and control.

I provide comprehensive in-home physiotherapy for infants, children, and adults throughout the Tokyo, Yokohama, and Saitama. Each patient receives a thorough evaluation, followed by an individualized rehabilitation program designed to match their developmental stage, neurological, orthopedic, very early developments profile, and daily environment.

I have been practicing physiotherapy since January 2005, with a primary focus on pediatric physiotherapy. My clinical experience includes working with infants and children presenting with orthopedic. neurological, developmental, and movement-related conditions, always with the goal of long-term functional independence:

 - Neurology: 

Tetraplegia; Diplegia; Hemiplegia; Paraplegia; Spina bifida;  Cerebral palsy; Ataxia; Angelman Syndrome; SMA (type 1); Cauda Equina Syndrome (type 2), Vestibular symptoms, Radiculopathy Syndrome (in Children and Adult), HIE (infant from 2 weeks of life), Jaundice and more.

 – Orthopedic:

Arthrogryposis infant from 2 weeks of life (pre & post operative); Scoliosis (all types of spine deformation); Kyphosis (Upper & Lower spine); Tight (trunk, spine) muscles; Rehabilitation postoperative after fractures (Upper and Lower members); Hypotonic muscles; Gait/Walk dysfunction; TMJ; Torticollis & more.

 - Early development (specialising in Motor Delay for children lower or upper than 1 year old): Gross Motor & Fine Motor.

TOOLS techinques:

Using multiple method techniques approach as: Bobath; NDT; Kabat, Plevic Floor; Schroth; Stretching Therapy;  HELP program; Floor Time DIR along with Sensorial integration combining with Regulation of Emotion. Also, using licensed PT professional software and GMFM score testing, Diagnosis-Specific Orthopedic of the whole body parts, OMT & Chiropractic techniques, Trigger Points & Soft Tissue, TMR (Total Motion Release), PRRT (Primal Reflex Release Technique), VM2G (VOJTA Methodology 2nd Generation) approoches.

Most of PT jobs I had in the passed I always left doors open, because my work it was done as patient improved more than coworkers and parents expected. I’m giving a common text from my ex-coworkers and parents ”You reached the top level of your professional skills. Is not what they believe is what they see on patient has reached after my rehabilitation plan”. Which I found strange at that time, but true on patients improvements life skills.
