Meetings

PIAA requires all officials to attend the annual mandatory rules interpretation meeting as well as 4-chapter meetings for the 2024 season.

Note: Attendance at the annual mandatory rules interpretation meeting (7:00 PM meeting) shall not count toward the minimum requirement of attending four (4) chapter meetings. If you do not attend a rules meeting in person or virtually, PIAA will make an online version available for a $50 fee between August 26th and September 26th

2024 Chapter meetings are scheduled for the following dates at 7 PM at the FOP Lodge # 5 / Heroes' Ballroom (11630 Caroline Road, Philadelphia PA 19154):

• Monday,  August 4

• Monday, August 18  (This meeting will occur at 6 PM before annual mandatory rules meeting) - Father Judge High School

• Monday, September 8

• Monday, September 22

• Monday, October 6

• Monday, October 20

Please remember to bring your 2025-26 Soccer Rules Book to each meeting.

Important

We have added an additional chapter meeting. The added meeting will take place before the annual rules meeting on Monday, August 18th at Father Judge High School at 6 PM.

Additional Note: To gain 1 chapter meeting credit, officials can take a 50-question exam on the PIAA website. Those scoring 80% or higher will be given attendance credit for 1 chapter meeting. The link on the PIAA website will be available until August 23rd.
