Dr Peter Tobin, PMP was one of the first people to join Project Management South Africa (PMSA), receiving his ten year service award in 2008. Since then Dr Tobin has continued to support the activities of PMSA, mostly recently by participating in a workshop which reviewed the PMSA education and training provider registration process. “We asked Dr Tobin to join us in the workshop as he has provided valuable support to PMSA over a number of years and his experience and advice is always welcome” said Taryn van Olden, Chief Executive Officer of PMSA.
PTC has also recently acquired a copy of the latest 5th edition of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. “This 2013 publication represents a further evolutionary step in the development of this important support to the project management profession, and I strongly recommend every practicing and aspiring project manager should invest in a copy without delay” says Dr Tobin.
