As part of an ongoing commitment to self-development Dr Peter Tobin of PTC recently participated in an event organised by Statucor, an affiliate of the world-wide BDO International group. "The Forum gave an excellent opportunity to review global best practice in the conduct of Board Evaluations" says Dr Tobin, "as well as providing a networking platform for an informal peer-level exchange with fellow delegates". The main presenter at the Forum, Pat Mahoney, shared his many years of experience of conducting Board Performance Reviews, and discussed current practice in the light of the latest King Code on Corporate Governance (King III).
