Dr Peter Tobin, founding director of PTC, has been featured in the latest quarterly SADC-DFRC newsletter which is attached. The story on page 3 relates to the Project Management Workshop held in Tanzania in February 2016 which Dr Tobin facilitated for delegates from Tanzania, Namibia and Zimbabwe.
