PTC enables Project Sponsor Empowerment initiative

Dr Peter Tobin of PTC has been engaged to facilitate a series of workshops designed to empower project sponsors in a large global integrated energy and chemicals company. 

The initiative is based on a globally recognised curriculum which has been carefully tailored to offer leading edge practice which is focused on supporting the project sponsors as they fulfill their role in achieving project success. "International surveys and best practice benchmarks have for a long time shown that there is significant room for improvement in on-time and on-budget project delivery" says Dr Tobin, "and this type of initiative is one that can offer significant rewards both for the individuals, their company and the country as a whole."
