Dr Peter Tobin of PTC was recently one of nearly fifty participants who took part in an absorbing discussion on business ethics jointly organised by St John's Parish Justice and Peace Group (JPG) (based in North Riding, Gauteng, South Africa) and The Jesuit Institute, South Africa (TJISA) (based in Johannesburg, South Africa). "With the recent election of a Jesuit to the office of Pope, the timing of the meeting seemed somehow heaven-sent" says Peter. Raymond Perrier, Director of TJISA explored a number of themes including the Vocation of the Business Leader (copy of the document attached), as well as how to apply ethical principles while in the pursuit of business objectives.
