Dr Peter Tobin ran an interactive session on at the recent SMEXA '12 conference which was held for members of the IT Service Management community. the two days of the conference attracted nearly 150 delegates and sponsor attendees. Dr Peter Tobin ran a session on the topic "Value and Benefits: REALLY" . This highly innovative session used both still and video photography and delegate interaction to explore the themes of the conference. After the event dr Tobin received the following comment from the organiser, Johann Botha, chairman of the itSMF in south Africa "Thanks a stack for the sterling job done and getting the audience engaged – with you... we ended off on a high note!".
Dr Tobin's session used a series of short interviews will conference delegates, speakers and sponsors on the theme of the conference. Feedback was provided through delgate discussion and further short, live informal interviews from the floor of the conference. At the end of the session delegates provided further feedback via email in addition to the more traditional paper-based feedback forms.
