As part of the strategic partnership with IACT-Africa, PTC founding director Dr Peter Tobin recently took part in an update event for the growing number of POPI Agents who are helping to bring the IACT-Africa and PTC POPI Act compliance products and services to the South African market. "In the last few months we have seen the level of interest in POPI Act compliance gather pace ahead of the appointment of the Information Regulator" says Dr Tobin. "The expanding customer base of our satisfied clients has seen the number of reference letters for projects completed grow to six, with more to come soon" adds Dr Tobin. At the update event the POPI Agent heard about the recent additions to the POPI Toolkit as well as feedback from customer projects.
