PTC and DBSA delivered a second full week Project Management skills development workshop at the Kafue Gorge Regional Training Centre in early October 2012. There were 25 delegates drawn from the management team across ZESCO, Zambia's supplier of electiricity (http://www.zesco.co.zm/ ). This was the second in a series of workshops which DBSA had requested PTC to deliver in Zambia. The practical training included several video-based case studies, practical assessments and role-playing scenarios. The delegates also learned how to use an Open Source project scheduling tool ( Open Project www.openproject.org ).
