"Professional certifications are an important component of the consultant's balanced CV" says Dr Peter Tobin, founder of PTC. "That's why I have paid particular attention to earn the required number of Continuing Professional Education and Development (CPE or CPD) hours for each of the three certifications that I hold" says Dr Tobin. Earlier this year Dr Tobin achieved re-certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), the professional certification offered by PMI,to 2020, marking a continuous, unbroken period since 1998. During October 2015 it was confirmed by ISACA that Dr Tobin had satisfied the requirements of his renewal of the globally recognised "Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)" professional certification. This is further complemented by the IITPSA "Professional Member" designation held by Dr Tobin."these three professional certifications combined represent a powerful statement of knowledge, skills and experience which bring value in the consulting engagements undertaken with our PTC clients" adds Dr Tobin.
