Here are some of the incentives available for setting up a GmbH in Germany:
· Cash Incentives
The companies are given access to cash grants which helps in reduction of set up costs when they open their operations in German land. The funding rates vary in accordance with the area of investment chosen by the GmbH. Usually the small firms are given the grant of nearly 40%, while the large companies are provided with a 20 % grant.
· Research And Development Activities Support
The highest level of support is offered for research and development activities done by the companies with pre-defined objectives and timelines. The grants are given for the purpose of fundamental research, experimental research and industrial research.
· Labour Incentives
The labour incentives are offered in terms of searching of employees for various job positions available in the newly formed organisation or simply by providing the cost of training of the employees. Labour incentives are offered in two categories- wage subsidies and training support. These incentives are not dependent upon the factors such as size of the company, location of the company or the industry to which the company belongs.
