Dues cover the operational costs of the scouting year (September through June) and related events.
$159 per registered Scout are due by November of each school year. This fee covers:
Youth registration: $85
Pack dues : $50
Council fee: $24
NOTE: This figure may vary from year to year depending on Pack size and planned activities.
Prorated dues can be negotiated with our Pack Treasurer for families who apply and join later in the school year.
Pack 409 is not actively fundraising at this time.

Lions wear a 1 year uniform (blue tee-shirt).
Tigers-Bears wear a 3 year uniform (blue field shirt).
Webelos (4th grades and Arrow of Light 5th graders) wear a 2 + year uniform (tan field shirt) that can be worn going into Scouts BSA (6th grade and up).

Pack 409 runs a fundaiser for our Council called "Friends of Scouting" each February.
Post-2021 events may hold a fee due to COVID impacting our ability to fundraise.
Some events have a fee for parents and/or siblings to attend.
First time registering Scouts are required to pay a one time registration fee to the National BSA. Fees are prorated and have a couple factors.
