Registration Info & Forms

Welcome to the 2019/20 scout year! We're glad that you and your son are joining our pack. We also welcome back our returning scouts for a year full of new adventures! Below are the details for registering your son for scouting this year. All forms are downloadable so you can come to the first pack meeting ready to go.

For for filling out the health form, our unit leader is Andrew Horne and our Council is NCAC (National Capital Area Council).

ALL PARENTS:

1) Complete Youth Protection Training (See our Training/Youth Protection Page for for specifics about how to complete YPT.)

NEW SCOUTS (NEVER BEEN A CUB SCOUT):

Please come to the next pack meeting with

1) Health Form (parts A & B) - Downloadable PDF

PLEASE NOTE: Health form requires a copy of BOTH sides of your health insurance card.

2) Scout Information form for Pack 1509 - FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE!

3) Dues check made out to “Pack 1509.”

4) Boy Scouts of America Youth Application, register on line ($16.50 fee payable online to BSA): ONLINE REGISTRATION

If you are unable to register on line, then please download a PDF application HERE.

5) NOTE: Dues include a subscription to Boy's Life Magazine - you do not have to add subscription cost noted on the Application Form.

6) BSA's Family Survey - Downloadable PDF

RETURNING SCOUTS ONLY (IN PACK 1509 LAST YEAR):
