CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Thomas Dale Cunningham, 66, died May 18, 2017.

Born April 12, 1951, to the late William H. "Jugo" and Lillian Ruth Spradling Cunningham, he graduated from Chaffee High School in 1969 and was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau with a degree in design as a mechanical draftsman. A member of the First Baptist Church in Chaffee, he was also a member of the Chaffee Masonic Lodge 615 and Elks lodge 1810 in Chaffee.

On April 4, 1981, he married Janeene Yancy Payne, and she survives of the home.

In addition to his wife, survivors include: a son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Rebecca Payne of Kelso; a special daughter, Jamie Eichhorn (Joe) Wiseman of Chaffee; a sister, Linda Wessel of Cape Girardeau; and four grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a son, Randy Payne; and a brother, Steve Cunningham.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Elk's service will be at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Masonic service at 7 p.m.

Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Chapel with Rev. Josh Boley officiating.

Burial will be at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
