The Partisan faction will not have a camp in the out of play area but they may establish a camp in the battlefield. The battlefield will go hot on Friday night so if the partisans do establish a camp they must have their eye protection on at all times.
If you don't want to camp in the field all weekend, you are welcome to camp in the Modern camp, however you will have to negotiate entry into the battlefield either through the Allied Camp or the AXIS camp
