final Instructions. the farm is known as "Woods Ranch " there is a sign to that effect. also a black mailbox, with skulls as decoration, its the farm just before the 90 degree turn on Groveton road. Entrance to the parking lot is before the Driveway watch for the sign. Arrive after 3 , check in with registration located at the Boar's Head Tavern , then find your camp Allies to the Left Germans to the Right. Report to your unit commander . There will be a general Briefing at some point . but if everyone has read the rules there should be nothing to talk about. GPS locations are often wrong in this area. Do not navigate only by GPS.
There are many people traveling from many places to come to Operation WOODSMAN. In order to make your arrival and registration as smooth as possible please follow the following procedure.
The site opens to receive participants after 3:00 on Thursday September 21. DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. you will not be permitted on site before 3:00 pm.
Registration and intake will be staffed and open from 3:00 pm through to 9:00 pm Thursday and all day Friday. If you arrive after 9:00 pm you may be waiting in a holding area for a while until staff can process you.
Registration will re-open at 8:00 am Saturday and remain open to 10:30 am . If you arrive any time after 10:30 am Saturday, you may be waiting in a holding area for a while until staff can process you. You are not permitted on site beyond the holding area until you are registered and the site fee is paid.
PRE-REGISTER and pay your site fee in advance and save time upon arrival.
The event waiver is available at this link for download. to speed registration you should download the waiver and have it completed before you approach registration
You will be required to sign a waiver and pay the site fee of $60 per person in CASH before you will be permitted on site. ( please have correct change in the form of $60 Even , no exchange for US cash) Cost for Saturday only is $40 Cash
Follow the instructions provided by staff regarding where to drive and where your camp is located.
Vehicles are to be moved to the designated parking area as soon as possible.

Report to your Commanding officer - once you have reported to your Commanding Officer you will be assigned your unit and from this point on you are to be governed by the Chain of Command.

Présentez-vous à votre commandant d'unité. Il y aura un briefing général à un moment donné, mais si tout le monde a lu les règles, il ne devrait y avoir rien à discuter. L’information donnée par les systèmes GPS est souvent fausse dans cette région. Ne comptez pas uniquement sur votre système GPS pour trouver le site.
Les joueurs viennent de partout pour participer à Opération WOODSMAN. Afin de faciliter votre arrivée et inscription, veuillez suivre la procédure suivante.
Le site est ouvert pour accueillir les participants après 15h00 vendredi, le 21 septembre. N'ARRIVEZ PAS TÔT. Personne ne sera admise sur le site avant 15h00.
Vendredi, de 15h00 à 21h00, il y aura du personnel qui s'occupera de l'inscription et de l'admission de participants. Si vous arrivez après 21h00, vous aurez peut-être besoin d'attendre dans une zone d'attente jusqu'à ce que le personnel puisse traiter votre inscription.
L'inscription ouvrira de nouveau samedi de 8h00 à 10h30 du matin. Si vous arrivez après 10h30 samedi, vous aurez peut-être besoin d'attendre dans une zone d'attente jusqu'à ce que le personnel puisse traiter votre inscription. Vous n'aurez pas accès au site au-delà de la zone d'attente avant de vous être inscrit et d'avoir payé les frais de champ.
INSCRIVEZ-VOUS et payer vos frais de champ à l'avance pour gagner du temps quand vous arrivez.
Le formulaire de dégagement de responsabilité pour cet événement est disponible ici : Lien pour le téléchargement. Pour accélérer l'inscription, vous devriez télécharger ce formulaire et le remplir avant de vous rapprocher de la zone d'inscription.
Vous devrez obligatoirement signer le formulaire et payer les frais de champ de 60 $ (en ESPÈCES) par personne avant d'être permis sur le site. (Veuillez avoir les 60 $ en monnaie exacte, il n'y aura pas de taux d'échange pour les dollars américains)
Suivez les instructions fournies par le personnel pour savoir où il faut aller en voiture et où se trouve votre camp.
Il faut avancer les véhicules à l'aire de stationnement désignée dès que possible.

Adoptez votre personnage (vêtements/tenue, etc.)
Présentez-vous à votre commandant – une fois que vous vous êtes présenté à votre commandant, on vous affectera à votre unité. À partir de ce moment-là, vous êtes soumis à la chaîne de commandement.
