You need to find your style and stick to it. Look for ideas of others and use them!

Importantly, make sure you like how you look, so that it gives you confidence.

You don't need to be yourself on the floor, but you need to like the character you are 'playing' (may it be the superelegant ballroom lady or a hot latin demon) in order to perform well.
