Principal Investigator

Dr. Chun-Hu Cheng is a Professor at the Department of Mechatronic Engineering, National Taiwan Normal University. Dr. Cheng holds double Ph.D. degrees in Electronics Engineering from National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) and Mechanical Engineering from National Chiao Tung University (NCTU). He was with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd. (TSMC) and engaged in advanced CMOS device technology. His research interests include Advanced CMOS Devices, CMOS Process Integration, and Emerging Memory Devices. Dr. Cheng was awarded the 2015 TVS Young Scientist Award, 2016 CIEE Excellent Young Electrical Engineer Award, 2016 EDMA Outstanding Youth Award, 2016 NTNU Industrial Collaboration Award, 2017 MOST Excellent Young Scholar Grant (2017-2018), 2019 MOST Excellent Young Scholar Grant (2019-2020).
